Happy almost-June! Where does the time go? It feels like just yesterday it was snowing and I was bundled up by the fire…oh wait. It was pretty much yesterday! Stop playing games, Colorado! Anyways, I’m so excited to show you guys three new pieces I’ve recently added to my wardrobe that I’m really excited about this season thanks to Tobi.com.
CAMEL SHIFT DRESS
I love this simple camel shift dress. The sides have little cut outs, and the back has a gorgeous deep v plunge like the front. I decided to pair it with my favorite platform sandals from Kelsi Dagger Brooklyn. Then I added a simple black choker I got from the Express x Karlie Kloss show, a black fedora from Wet Seal, and a simple lace kimono.
You can wear this outfit on a summer date, to a graduation party, a fun dinner, or a Girls Night Out! Not only is it really simple, but it’s also comfy and perfect for warm summer days.
CHAMBRAY FRAYED ROMPER
I also tried to keep this look pretty simple. I added a super loose white top that I got from Francesca’s a couple years ago. I love that this top is so lightweight, so it keeps me cooler on warm days. For accessories, I’m just wearing my Classic Petite watch from Daniel Wellington (15% off using my code “mattealinae”) and a neck tie I got from Express. As for shoes, I’m just wearing a simple pair of slip on Vans. The fringe romper is from Tobi, and it’s super loose and comfy. My favorite part? IT HAS POCKETS!
Where would I wear this look? A summer party, bowling with friends, a summer ice cream shindig, to the lake, or out shopping with friends! The more laid back feel will allow you to do something more active whether you’re skating with friends, or exploring your town.
